    Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days, depending on the product’s availability. custom orders take 2-3 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

    We’re so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll sort it out for you.

  5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    Yes, we want you to love your purchase! We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Just let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. The Exception -Custom orders are non refundable.
